1. How long is a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes long with a few minutes after for payment and scheduling.
2. What is your fee, and do you offer a sliding scale rate?
Please feel free to call me to discuss fee. I have a few spots available for a sliding scale on a income basis.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
4. Do you take insurance?
Yes, if you have PPO insurance. I take PPO insurance as an out of network provider. I will provide you with a super bill that you can send to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. If you have a PPO and want to be provided a super bill, you will want to find out the amount of your deductible, how much OF your deductible has been met and what percentage of the fee your insurance company will cover for therapy.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
I require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
6. How frequent are your sessions?
I schedule weekly sessions with clients to maintain consistency and growth. However, if due to scheduling or finances you would prefer to meet more or less frequently, please call me to discuss the option.
